To mark the start of the art festival scene in Delhi, Lalit Kala Akademi has organized something big – the First International Kala Mela 2018. This first of its kind art exhibition in Delhi is scheduled to be held at the esteemed Indira Gandhi National Centre for the Arts from 4th to 18th February.
